Why are these changes happening?

Fizz is always evolving to provide our members with the highest-quality Champagne experience. These small updates allow us to continue curating boutique, limited-production selections while maintaining the exceptional service, perks, and value you’ve come to expect.

What are the key changes starting in December?

  • Baller → now includes 2 high-end bottles (formerly 4)
  • Reserve → price adjustment from $198 to $200/month
  • Connoisseur → price adjustment from $99 to $109/month
  • The Signature level was added for those who specifically want French Champagne every month.
  • The Aficionado level is now a way to explore new sparkling wines from around the world.

Why did the Baller level change from 4 bottles to 2?

We’ve refined this tier to focus on quality over quantity. Baller members will now receive only our most exclusive, small-production Champagnes — bottles you won’t find easily in retail — plus added concierge perks, free shipping, and invitation-only events.

What’s the difference between Aficionado and the new Signature level?

We’ve expanded our club lineup to offer more personalized options based on what our members enjoy most.

  • Aficionado now celebrates sparkling wines from around the world — curated by our sommelier to highlight small producers and regional gems you might not find anywhere else.

  • Signature (new) is designed for members who prefer to receive a signature Champagne each month.

If you’ve loved the Aficionado bottles in the past and want to continue receiving Champagne from France, the Signature level will now deliver that same style and quality.

Both tiers offer incredible value — Aficionado for sparkling global exploration, Signature for Champagne devotion.

Why is the Connoisseur or Reserve price changing?

In 7 years, Fizz has never raised club prices before. The small monthly adjustments reflect the rising cost of importing Champagne and tariffs while allowing us to maintain the boutique quality and exclusive partnerships that define our club.

What does the new cancellation policy mean for me?

Starting December 1, members must provide 1 month’s notice before cancelling their club membership. For example, if you submit a cancellation request on December 10, your final charge and fulfillment will occur in January. This ensures we can plan and allocate inventory for all members fairly.

How can I update or change my club level before December?

You can easily upgrade or change your club level by emailing club@fizzinsac.com by Nov 30 or completing the membership update form.

Will I need to do anything if I want to stay at my current level?

No action is required if you’re happy with your current tier. Your membership will automatically update to reflect the December enhancements.

Will my benefits or Member Mondays discounts change?

No — all members will continue to enjoy 30% off bottles by the glass on Member Mondays, plus complimentary flights when picking up and access to exclusive events and other perks you know and love.

What if I’m a prepaid member?

If you have a prepaid membership, nothing changes right now — you’ll continue to enjoy your current pricing and benefits through your existing prepaid term.


When it’s time to renew after December 1, your renewal will automatically reflect the updated pricing and enhanced benefits. You won’t be charged anything additional before your renewal date.
