HOW CLUB WEEK WORKS

The first Monday of each month  is when the magic begins. Your card is charged, your carefully curated bottles are ready, and the bar is buzzing with fellow members stopping in to collect their treasures.


Start your visit by enjoying your complimentary club flights — a chance to sip, compare, and fall in love with something new.


In a rush? Take advantage of our curbside pickup by calling Fizz before your arrival or make a reservation.


Missed club week? No problem, you have a 30-day pickup window to claim your bottles and ensure you get exactly what was selected for you. After that, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made depending on availability.


We’ll hold your bottles for up to 90 days, but after that, they may be forfeited to make room for the next month’s arrivals.


Shipping members — we’ve got you covered! Your bottles are packaged with care and shipped out the Wednesday after Club Week begins.

Top 10 Most Frequently asked questions

When can I pick up my club bottles?

Pickup for club bottles begins the first Monday of the month, our “Club Week”. You’ll get an e-mail the Monday you are charged indicating It is time to come in! Opt in for texts to not miss a notification!

Can I pick up outside of Club Week?

Yes! You have up to 90 days to pick up your bottles before they may be forfeited. Just be aware that after 30 days, specific bottles may be substituted for bottles of equal or greater value.

Can I get my bottles shipped instead?

Absolutely! Just let us know by the Friday BEFORE Club Week, and we’ll include your order in the Wednesday shipment (shipping fees apply).

Do I need a reservation to pick up bottles?

  • Weekends: Yes, please call ahead.
  • 3 or more orders: Yes, a 24-hour advance reservation is required for large pickups.

Can I split up my bottle pickups?

No—partial pickups aren’t allowed. All bottles must be picked up together in one visit.

When do I receive my complimentary Fizz Flights?

Flights are available only at the time of bottle pickup

7.

How Many Flights do I get?

You receive up to your allotted number of flights per month, depending on membership level—1 flight per person per visit.

How do I update my card or shipping address?

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes, as long as you have completed 3 club orders. To Cancel, click HERE


Cancellations must be made 15+ days before processing to take effect that month. Cancellations will only be processed via the links above.

Can I pause or upgrade my membership?

Yes—log into your online account (located in top right corner) to pause or upgrade.
